18 yr old in highschool
i am not proana
its been about 2 1/2 years of hell..
sometimes i am prorecovery, but it's hard, and i don't always have it in me to put in the work it takes and handle it
-7/07-2/08 i started out alternating between restricting a lot and then binging; maintained my normal weight
-3/08-9/08 continued restricting, more like not eating, no binging; lost ab 30 lbs, semester off school
-10/08-6/09 being watched closely began a cycle of binging and purging; fluctuated between my original weight and 10 lbs over that for almost about a year
-7/09 went on a month long homestay in europe, bad erratic eating (binging and purging around 3-4 times a day) gained 15 more lbs (25 over my original normal weight) yeahh fucking huge fatass kill me now
-8/09-now: came back and was horrified, somehow i was able to change things, i've got a pretty good grip on the ed, only b/p like once/twice week usually wth?! otherwise eat normally (about 1000-1200) and exercise normally (1/2 - 2 1/2 hrs a day)
happier but i need to fucking lose weight NOW just a little over my original weight but i want to get to my lw again just through exercise and mild restriction
